First Orlando Consulting, Inc. brings together some of the top craftsman available for your projects, whether it is residential or commercial. The repairs we do range from small maintenance items to large additions. No project is too small for us to handle. All of our customers can be assured of a concierge style of treatment. 

How do I get started?

When you call or send your work request to us we immediately review all the pertinent information that is necessary for us to make an appointment with you. The appointment will be schedule to take place within one day of your contacting us. Upon the appointment taking place we will inspect, measure and go over many aspects of your project. 

We will advise you of the proper type of product you may want installed, or direct you to our suppliers to look at the many types of product lines for you to choose from. 

When we complete our inspection we will, if possible, give you a written quote at that time. Sometimes, we do have to take back all the information gathered and produce a bid for you. This would take between 24 to 72 hours due to vendor availability. 

If the bid is acceptable to you, we will make all the proper arrangements as to a time when our craftsman will be available to come out and proceed. Simple repairs will be invoiced at the time of the repairs taking place. More complicated work that will encompass a contract will be delivered to you with all the terms and conditions. In these more complicated repairs, renovations or additions, a deposit will be negotiated with you with terms during progress of the project that you request. We sometimes employ a cost plus basis on projects that due to unknown construction factors makes it impossible to give you an accurate bid. We can always estimate the total cost and based on that estimate do the work for you. If the project is more than simple repairs, then due to local ordinances in your area, we may have to engage a permit to do the work from the local authority. No work can be started in this regard without this permit being on hand. 

Next Steps

All work that involves paint, carpet, flooring and other items that you wish installed, replaced or repaired, where color and type is a factor, must be specified by you and the authorization for that type or color to be acknowledged by you in writing before that item is purchased. 

We do not pick out colors from a verbal conversation. Only written authorizations are acceptable. 

We will then work together to coordinate a schedule that is acceptable to everyone. 

Once the work is started we ask if you or someone else will be at the home or facility to allow our craftsman in to do the work. If you intend to leave the premises and our craftsman must leave the residence or facility, we will notify you of leaving the premises, however we will in no way be liable or responsible for keeping your property locked up, unless this is a complete renovation where no one is occupying the facility and where we accept liability and control the locks and entries into the facilities. 

Upon completion of the repair or project, we will issue you a final invoice. Upon your satisfaction at that time of the work, we will require final payment. 

We guarantee our work. Any guarantee's or warranties of products strictly are the manufacturer's warranties. There are no other warranties or guarantees expressed or implied of any kind, nor is there any liability of consequential damages of any nature or kind implied or expressed.
